Comic 907: Sitcoms

Alt-text: Every age: "I'm glad I'm not the clueless person I was five years ago, but now I don't want to get any older."

Randall has succinctly captured the essence of every shitty, family-based sitcom in existence. Unfortunately, he has done so without a hint of irony.

Maybe one day he will tell us why.

  1. Wow.

This is the laziest, least insightful, least original comic of all time.

  2. Really? I mean yes, it's terrible, but it's up against some stiff competition to be the *worst*... what about that one he did that was just a single bracket?

  3. Here's a list of the worst xkcds, crowd-sourced by a side-by side comparison process.

It seems the Lazy-bracket comic isn't even on the list. I haven't checked in a while. Back then the Lamp-splort comic wasn't anywhere near the bottom-list. Now it's the all-time worst.

Not much else has changed, which makes me think that someone who really didn't like Lamp-splort found a way to vote it down loads of times.

Not much I'd change about that list, except I'd put Na-na-na a bit lower down. And maybe Zombocom and Sorry-diode weren't that bad.

  4. Once again he has hinted at the existence of a child or plans to have a child in the near future- as he's around 25, if he is to have a daughter old enough to be dressing inappropriately when he's 40 that daughter has to start being alive very soon.
